Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without any damage or stains. It can be used.

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require your order number.

4. Return Process

  1. No Additional Return Fees: When you initiate a return, there are no additional fees beyond the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
  2. Contact Us: Email our customer service at cs@mrbinhome.com to initiate a return.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@mrbinhome.com.

7. Post-Return Period Support
