Our products are shipped from two locations: the United States and China. Only products shipped from the United States will have a specific indication on their product page.

- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): If the purchased item is in stock at our U.S. warehouse, it will be shipped locally, typically taking 7-9 business days, including processing time.
- International Shipping (China): For other products or regions, items will be shipped from China, typically taking 20-30 business days, including processing time.
In both cases, the delivery time is the total time from when your order is placed until it is delivered, which includes processing time and shipping time. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the specific item and stock availability. Orders are generally processed and shipped within the specified time frames, but in some cases, it may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Fees
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer free standard ground shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states.
- International Shipping (China): For products shipped from China, we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, but you will not be charged for shipping when placing an order.
5. Duties and Taxes
- U.S. Orders: We cover all duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States, regardless of the shipping origin.
- International Orders: For orders shipped to other countries, customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. These fees are imposed by the destination country or region's government and are beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address and Delivery Refusal
We make every effort to verify the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the carrier. If we cannot verify the address, we will attempt to contact the customer for an updated address. If we are unable to obtain an updated address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
7. Shipping Tracking
We provide tracking numbers so you can monitor the status of your order. You can track your shipment on our website or the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of packages, there may be rare instances where packages are lost or damaged during transit. 9. Missing or Stolen Packages
