Metal Kitchen Trash Can - 40L / 10.5gal, Commercial Use

So beautiful!

I'd been looking for a trash can that was on the smaller side, sealed well, and looked cute in my retro kitchen, and this is PERFECT. I did scrape off the logo letters (sorry!!) which that was easy and looks much better. The pedal works great, and soft-closes. It actually seals well so that bugs can't get in and smells don't get out.

The design aesthetic for this retro waste basket is so great! The oval shape is modern and new, the retro raised logo letters and step pedal are beautifully designed, too. I was looking for something a little bit larger for my primary bathroom. The one I was using is very, very small, and it always looked full. I was happy to find one a bit larger (actually, quite a bit larger - it is 20L/5 gal), especially one that looks as gorgeous as this one does. I love the shape and general design. I love that it came well packaged and free of any dings or dents. I love that it is lighter weight than a can this size might have been. I love that it has a liner, making it so much easier to empty, and to keep clean. I love that it came with a small supply of bags, saving me a bit of time up front. I love the soft close, which is completely silent. I love that this seems to be a well made, quality item, that will not fall apart for years. Most of all, though, I just love the way I feel every time I see it in my bathroom. It makes me happy. The only downside, if there is one, is that this is a bit on the high-end side of the cash spectrum. In the interest of full and honest reviews, I have to admit that I probably would not spend this much on a trash can for my bathroom. Having said that, I will also admit that I would totally buy this if I had that much money to spend on a trash can. I know, that probably doesn't make much sense - don't spend too much time thinking about it. If you can afford this trash can, I believe you will be happy you did. It is a unique, beautiful, and functional item that you can be proud of.

Expensive but worth it for something you see every day. I use it as my food scraps bin. Well designed and nice to look at

Nice little trash can for desk side or as an additional separate small trash can just for food scraps (which is what i use it for).
